Contributes to the reduction of claims through high-precision inspections

Inspection head applies a controlled pressure onto each pack being inspected and excessive movement of the inspection head will indicate a leakage in the pack.  Any defective packs are rejected and sends good quality packs to the next operation. Eliminates the requirement for skilled labour whilst achieving high quality inspection.

Air leakage : 3mm diameter hole is detectable.

Can detect various seal defects and pinholes up to 3mm.

 

Automatic changeover  (Option)

Fast fully automatic changeover without the need for tool, simple operation via a preset. Increased productivity reducing machine downtime and eliminating human error.

Cleaning time reduced by about 1/3

Slanted surfaces on machine body help to prevent accumulation of dust and product from building up. Whilst providing good and clear access the fixed position or the cover avoids any interference with up or down stream equipment. Reduced time required for machine cleaning providing a reduction in machine down-time and power consumption.

Interfacing with VFFS Bagmaker
The TSC-AS can measure and feed-back airfill data directly to the Ishida bagmaker allowing automatic adjustment of the jaw to maintain a constant pack thickness.

 

Interfacing with Automatic case packer
The TSC-AS can feed-forward airfill data to the Ishida ACP-700 series case packer allowing adjustments to be made preventing the likelihood of packs being miss-fed.

 

Optimizes case loading condition by allowing correctly inflated  packs  to transfer to the case packer.
