Thoroughly Cleanable
The IX-G2 is a fully HACCP-compliant model composed entirely of stainless steel with a waterproof inspection chamber design. Its components are easy to take apart without using any tools. It can be rinsed with water thanks to its waterproof inspection chamber specification (equivalent to IP66), making it highly hygienic. We have also developed a highly waterproofed edition (equivalent to IP69K) where the entire system can handle high-pressure washes.
