It comes with added new GA auto-select features to automatically set sensitivity. You can choose the best options automatically by registering specified foreign matter and test pieces that are being controlled to meet the customer's quality control standards, and test all of the detection patterns from approximately 300+ options that are available in the GA library for the foreign matter selected from the registered list, with the contrast between the workpiece and foreign matter then given a score. 

 

What is GA, Our Evolutionary Image Processing?

Our Genetic Algorithm, or 'GA', conducts highly sensitive inspections of products using X-ray imaging that includes virtual foreign matter, and selecting the image processing algorithm that best suits each product.

What is GA Auto-Select?

GA auto-select is a feature where the machine automatically selects the program for inspecting for foreign matter that best matches the product. It comes with approximately 300 different program types (past models had 180 types) already registered.
