This inspection system can catch a wide range of issues with products getting into seals that have been incredibly difficult to detect until now, such as with frozen pasta or frozen pilaf, compresses, or face sheets.

 

New Sensors for Enhanced Detection Sensitivity

Using its new sensors, it can detect even through thin packaging materials where issues did not display until now, showing them clearly on-screen. Items being inspected are shown in clear contrast and the presence of products in seals is able to be checked for with even greater precision.

 

Improved Product in Seal Detection Sensitivity via Separated Conveyors

By using separated conveyors, inspections are possible with no impact from the conveyor. Everything is displayed in clearly visible contrast, even for thin packaging materials. Not only that, but the separated conveyors are 800 mm, 300 mm shorter than the 1,100 mm length of past models, for minimal impact on layout. 
The conveyors can be taken apart without using tools and can be given light water rinses, so it is easier to clean. 
*The drive sections have IP65 ratings and the inspection chamber has an IP66 rating.
