Our market-leading iTPS for snacks is configured from our RV series multihead weigher mounted directly onto our Atlas bagmaker, creating a streamlined system that reduces packing errors and gantry costs.
The system uses twin rotary jaw technology, achieving packing speeds up to 120 bags per minute for potato chips, 130 bags per minute for nuts and 180 bags per minute for extruded snacks.
There are two options available in the iTPS range, the single-tube iTPS and the twin-tube iTPS. Both systems offer controlled handling for fewer breakages and excellent return on floor space.
The twin iTPS is particularly suited to fast, uncomplicated changeovers and also has the ability to run two different pack sizes at once, creating a potential output of 300 bags per minute.
Operation of the iTPS line is via a simple, Windows-based interface allowing pre-set changes or other operations to be carried out simply and rapidly.
