Covid-19 Business Situation Update 15th June 2020


As changes to lockdown rules are now starting to come into place across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, Ishida Europe remains committed to its people’s safety and its customers’ satisfaction.

During the pandemic, our customers are facing different scenarios, and many have witnessed a considerable increase of demand for their products, adding pressure to their production systems. Throughout this time of crisis we have endeavoured to continue to provide all customers with a high level of support through a combination of methods.

With our customers’ needs at the forefront of our mind, we have even gone a step further by introducing a rental offering to the market, giving our customers the opportunity to increase production capacity with the financial flexibility required in these testing times.

Moreover, we continue to work in close cooperation with our suppliers, making sure we identify any potential gaps in the supply chain, enabling our assembly teams to operate on schedule. We have now witnessed the removal of state of emergency in all Japanese prefectures. Even though the service from Japan was unaffected, this measure will help with the surge in demand that we are currently experiencing.
