CCW Semiautomatic Multihead Weigher

Ishida's semiautomatic multihead weigher opens the way to greater success for "difficult-to-weigh" sticky product weighing. Available in 5, 6, 10 and 12 head models. All contact parts are detachable without any tools for easy cleaning. The main body conforms to IP-65 waterproof construction.

Reliable discharge with scraper gate

The hopper is made of resin and the inner walls are rippled so that the products do not stick to them. Ishida's unique scraper gate is used for reliable discharge of highly sticky products. It prevents the products from being trapped into or cut. The result is more precise weighing.

The parts that come into contact with the products being weighed can be easily removed and remounted without using tools, saving time and labor. Since it is very easy to clean because of its excellent waterproof construction, cleaning machine is no longer a problem.
