Total Systems Based on Follow up of Customer On-site Requirements
For more than a hundred years, Ishida has been involved with weighing technology, passing its heritage down from generation to generation. Furthermore, in order to have a vision of our products ten or even twenty years down the road, we devote significant resources to research activities and staff development. Our staff members participate in cross-functional in-house study groups as well as joint research with university teams on basic technology. As a result, Ishida has volumes of experience in the development of people and technology.
Ishida's operating motto refers to the thorough follow up on and understanding of customer on-site requirements. Careful follow up is done on customer concerns and requirements, in order to convert their ideas from abstract concepts into real operating systems. More often than not, the follow up process results in a proposal that exceeds customer expectations. Knowledge gathered in the field is shared by all Ishida's departments to develop a better understanding of customer requirements.
Ishida has a large reserve of unique technologies, and on average, about twenty new products are released each year, accounting for about 30% of total annual sales revenues. Ishida's strength derives from the pursuit of new technology, the development of new products, and the incorporation of these products in systems that meet specific customer needs. Based on comprehensive studies of technology, the market, and above all, the on-site requirements of the customers, Ishida makes every effort to provide effective solutions.
