Support is provided by our global network of service centres. We tailor our services to our customers and their specific requirements, fitting in with their needs before anything else.

The centres also handle all queries about devices linked to payment systems, and can manage the progress of the support provided.* Servers installed in customer sites are monitored automatically and remote maintenance can be provided.

*This service is only available to customers who have contracted the service from the call centre.
