Ishida bagmakers are VFFS (Vertical-Form-Fill-Seal) produce pillow and gusset bags from film roll.

1.The film is feed film from film spindle.

2.The film is shaped into a tube by the forming tube.

3.The edges of the tube are sealed by the vertical seal unit.

4.Content products are supplied.

5.The seal jaw seals the bottom end of the tube, and cuts the tube. Packaging is now complete.

You can choose machine model from rotary type, D-motion type or intermittent type depend on packaging style and speed.

Chain bag, banner and strip bag are also applicable.
